You ask, we answer with information regarding the Closure Credits and Closure Coupons.

If your use week was during the temporary Resort Closures due to the COVID-19 pandemic, you should have either received an email from GPX and/or your Home Resort, or you should have received a call notifying you that you have a credit on file. If you believe you should have a credit on file but have not been contacted, please reach out to a GPX Specialist for assistance.

During the COVID-19 Pandemic, resorts temporarily closed down for the safety of owners and staff.

Owners that had weeks affected by the resort closures were offered to bank their week with Grand Pacific Exchange (GPX) and have their exchange fee waived.

An email was sent to all owners who were affected by the resort closures with the coupon code that could be used when redeeming online through GPX

The Resort Closure Credit is valid for 2 years from the original check-in date and can be used to go back to your home resort or any other property available through GPX. In order to get the exchange fee waived, you will need to apply the Resort Closure Coupon at the time of your booking

Once you find availability for your next vacation, start the booking process by clicking on Book. If you are not ready to book just yet, you can Hold the week for 24 hours! The Resort Closure Coupon can be applied to any property available through Grand Pacific Exchange (GPX) and will waive the exchange fee, but will not waive additional costs such as upgrades or Resort Service Fees.

On the second booking page you would select the Resort Closure Credit to go towards your exchange while you enter your guest details.

On the last booking page you will enter your Resort Closure Coupon code before proceeding with payment. Please keep in mind that the exchange fee will be waived, but all other fees (upgrades, guests, flex booking, etc.) will not.

Once you have completed entering the applicable information, click Pay and Confirm.

Once you log in to your GPX Account, you can click on your Member Dashboard to get access to your profile.

If you click on View Profile, you will see a few tabs that you can use to navigate through different topics of your profile.

Click on the My Credit Coupons tab to see your credit coupon!

At the end of your booking, enter your coupon code to apply the money!

When you book through Grand Pacific Exchange (GPX) you have the option of purchasing Flex Booking Insurance.

When you cancel your exchange reservation more than 45 days in advance with the Flex Booking insurance, the total amount that was paid at booking will be credited as a coupon.

The Credit Coupon will then allow you to book using the money that was paid on your previous booking towards your new vacation!

You can find your Credit Coupon on your Member Dashboard in GPX.

If the coupon does not cover the cost of your new exchange or rental, you will need to enter your payment information before finalizing the reservation.

Once you have completed entering the applicable information, click Pay and Confirm.

You are able to extend any of your deposited weeks once for 1 year from the expiration date for $99.

Extensions are allowed until the expiration date of your deposit credit. Extensions are made based on the original expiration date, not the call in date.
