GPX Rental Week Raffle – Terms & Conditions

- Sponsor
This raffle (“Promotion”) is sponsored by GPX – Grand Pacific Exchange, a program of Grand Pacific Resorts, located at 5900 Pasteur Ct, Suite 200, Carlsbad, CA 92008.
- Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Grand Pacific Resorts, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household of such employees are not eligible to participate.
- Entry Period
The Promotion begins at 12:00 AM Pacific Time on April 30, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM Pacific Time on May 30, 2025 (“Entry Period”).
- How to Enter
To enter, follow the entry instructions provided in the official GPX promotional materials or communications. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will be void. No purchase necessary.
- Prize
One (1) winner will receive a free GPX rental week valued at $1,479 USD. The rental week must be redeemed and used within one (1) year from the date of award, subject to availability and blackout dates. Prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent will be made.
- Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Drawing will be conducted on or about June 3, 2025. The potential winner will be notified via email or phone. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days of notification, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
- General Conditions
Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms & Conditions and GPX’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. GPX reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond GPX’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.
- Release and Limitations of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless GPX, Grand Pacific Resorts, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize.
- Publicity
Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes the winner’s consent to GPX’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
- Privacy
Information submitted with an entry is subject to the GPX Privacy Policy.
