The following fees are payable to the resort upon check out:
The resort & parking fee per day is $45 plus tax- includes Wi-Fi, local phone calls, beach towels. Parking is for ONE car only, no exceptions.
A TOT tax of 17.96% will be collected at time of check out. The state tax per night is $21.03 for 1 bd or $27.09 for a 2bd
There is also a one time $50 check in fee.
This resort does not have elevator access to rooms. -

To help ensure a smooth and convenient arrival, we highly encourage all guests to take advantage of our complimentary* parking assistance upon check-in. Our team will be happy to assist with your vehicle and luggage so you can settle in and begin enjoying your stay. *Daily Parking Fees still apply -
Beginning 08/14/26 , Ending 03/31/27 :
Hanalei Bay is scheduled to begin construction Monday, September 28, 2026 and anticipated to be completed by year-end. During the project, work will be completed Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding observed Holidays. Please be advised that there will be unavoidable construction noise, including construction equipment, sawing, and hammering, in and around the Bougainvillea (2000) Building for the duration of the project. While repairs to the existing stairwells are underway, temporary stairs will be installed to ensure Owners and Guests continue to have safe and secure access to the Bougainvillea (2000) building throughout the project. -
