Resort Overview
Enjoy a large, 1100 square-foot condominium high atop Sugar Mountain. Look out over several states at an elevation of more than 5,000 feet. The beautiful scenery can be enjoyed from each room or from your own private balcony. The condo is nestled in an alpine-like village, Banner Elk, North Carolina. While some may think the view is the most incredible amenity, we don't stop there. Sugar Top offers a refreshing indoor swimming pool, hot tub and exercise room for all of its residents and guests. Other amenities include a steam room, whirlpool, twenty-four hour security and front desk service. The Lobby is a warm welcoming room, furnished graciously to offer several group gatherings, with floor to ceiling windows to enjoy the lovely view. There's a room for snacks and cold drinks conveniently located off the lobby. Life at Sugar Top offers other activities that foster the camaraderie of guests inhabiting the units, such as dances with live bands, bingo, cards and games in the card room, along with pot luck suppers to be enjoyed by all, and of course, winter time is known for the outstanding skiing. There is a special place to keep your skis and ski boots so that such items are not brought into the condos. At night, enjoy the view of the lights of village below, heavenly sunsets, and the peaceful, serene setting. The building also has a large, outdoor deck to enjoy the fresh air. This area has been featured nationally in "FAMILY FUN" Magazine. There are many activities in the area and lots to enjoy right in the resort. There's fun to be had on Sugar Mountain.
