Located in the delightful medieval village of Soriano nel Cimino, this resort is a stunning conversion of 17th century-old cattle sheds which were once part of the mansion estate of an Italian nobleman. Enjoy the wonderful architecture of Palazzo at Soriano, built into the hillside opposite Palazzo Catalani, with exposed stone walls, a jacuzzi built in a cavern, and unbelievable views from the tiered gardens that extend to the hilltop.
