Resort Service Fee: $25.00 USD plus tax per night for all reservations. This fee includes beach rentals, wireless internet access, parking, a daily newspaper & on-site activities. Pet Policy: No pets. Smoking Policy: All units non-smoking.
The parking garage fits vehicles up to 7ft tall. There is NO nearby overnight parking for larger vehicles. Surfside lane has been changed to no overnight parking by the City of Carlsbad effective 12/1/2023.
Late Check In Procedure: If you expect to arrive late for check in, please call the resort at the above number prior to arriving to make arrangements for the key(s). -

The resort will be undergoing construction work including replacing siding and repairs on walkways, railing, balconies and roof. Volleyball courts as well as back lawn area will be closed until further notice. -
