GPX Donate a Week Terms & Conditions
Send Me on Vacation (SMOV) is a charitable, nonprofit corporation exempt under 501 (c) (3) 45-2297864. SMOV provides financially disadvantaged breast cancer survivors the opportunity to initiate the process of emotional healing through a vacation experience. Send Me On Vacation empowers survivors to reconnect with themselves on a rejuvenating vacation. Vacation experiences have a profound effect on rebuilding the lives of breast cancer survivors after treatment. Vacations are designed to strengthen the body, stimulate the mind and heal the spirit, creating a transformative journey into health and wellness.
The Revive & Thrive vacation donation program is collaboration between Grand Pacific Resort Services LP. and Send Me On Vacation (SMOV) 501 (c)(3) 45-2297864. The purpose of the program is to offer a vacation donation program for affiliated Grand Pacific Resort timeshare owners benefitting SMOV selected breast cancer survivors per the terms and conditions set forth in the SMOV application process http://sendmeonvacation.org/wp-content/uploads/2017/06/Send-Me-On-Vacation-Application.pdf. Grand Pacific Resorts makes available the Revive & Thrive program on its owners-only exchange platform, Grand Pacific Exchange. An owner may initiate a deposit of their use-week at a resort currently managed by Grand Pacific Resorts or donate a GPX credit on file. To be eligible, the interval/use-week must be no less than 90-days from check-in (no late deposits will be accepted into the program) The owner must also meet GPX membership eligibility as defined in the Rules and Regulations for GPX Exchange to participate in the program https://gpxvacations.com/terms-conditions/. Grand Pacific Resort Services, LP is not affiliated, acting on behalf of or receives any compensation from SMOV in conjunction with the Revive & Thrive program.
Grand Pacific Resorts reserves the right to refuse a donated week based on the Rules and Regulations for GPX Exchange. A maximum of 2 weeks per owner will be accepted per annum. Grand Pacific Resorts reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Revive & Thrive program with or without notice. You agree that Grand Pacific Resort Services, LP shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance
You will be notified by GPX if your donation request is deemed ineligible based on the Rules and Regulations for GPX. An owner donation accepted into the program will receive an In Kind Donation Thank You from Send Me On Vacation confirming receipt of the charitable donation.
