Before we begin, we assume…
You can book your exchange week on GPX’s website with a few simple steps. Before we begin, this video assumes you already know your GPX website sign-in credentials, are up to date on your account, and have already banked a use week to use the credit for the exchange.
First, sign in to your GPX account. Once you are signed in, it’s time to search for your next vacation. Go to the main search bar and search for the destination or resort, month, and year you’d like to exchange into.
Exchange weeks will show with purple indicators in the search results list. If there are more travel dates available beyond what is showing, you will see a View Availability button that you can click to see more travel options.
Select the exchange week you want by clicking Book. You’ll want to review the check-in and check-out dates, the exchange fee, unit type information, and any Know Before You Go information and terms and conditions you need to be aware of before booking. If you are okay with all of them, click ‘I have reviewed and understand the terms and conditions above,’ and click Next.
Next, you’re going to select the exchange credit you want to use for this booking by clicking the circle next to the credit you want to apply for this exchange.
Scroll down afterward to the member and guest information, and enter the first and last name, an email address that can receive the stay information, and a valid phone number where the owner or guest can be contacted. You’ll want to indicate how many adults and children will be staying and include any special requests needed for your stay, such as a wheelchair-accessible unit.
Once you fill out the information, click Checkout. Review your resort and reservation information and enter your payment details. Click ‘I have reviewed and understand the terms and conditions below’ once you review them. Click Pay and Confirm to complete your transaction.
You should receive an email with your travel details, including your confirmation number. You’re set to travel. Have a great vacation!
