Depositing Your Week: What’s It All About?
At GPX, we want our Owners to get the absolute most out of their hard earned vacation time. That’s why we are proud to offer you so many ways to travel and explore new destinations! Many Owners love knowing that no matter the circumstances, they can always deposit or exchange their Owner Use Week into new and exciting ways to travel. Whether you are unable to use your week, or maybe you just want to experience the sights and sounds of the world, you can be confident that GPX will have an option to perfectly align with your needs.
So today, let’s talk about depositing your week and all the great benefits that you can enjoy. From exchanging your week, to earning and redeeming Savings Credits, keep reading below for all you need to know about these great programs!
How To Deposit Your Week:
Depositing your week on GPX is extremely easy and convenient. Simply head on over to our homepage, click “Deposit Week”, and then sign into your account if you have not done so already. To deposit your week you will need two items:
- The check-in date for your reservation at your home resort.
- The reservation number that you received when you made your reservation at your home resort.
Once you sign in to your account and click “Deposit Week”, and your current reservation at your home resort should automatically pop up on your screen. Simply follow the on-screen prompts and voilá, your week is deposited with GPX! Please note, you may need to allow 48-72 hours for your deposit to become visible on your account.

Exchange Your Week:
Turn your existing reservation into an Exchange Credit, and use it to book any available Exchange Week on GPX! One of the benefits to using our exchange service is that you can browse available weeks before you make a deposit. See somewhere new you want to travel? You can even place a 24-hour Hold on an Exchange Week, free of charge.
When you deposit your week with GPX, your week becomes an Exchange Credit that’s valid for two years from the date of deposit. If you need more time to exchange your week, you can easily add a 12-month extension onto your Exchange Credit for a nominal fee.
The best part of exchanging your week with GPX is having access to weekly vacations all over the globe! In fact, you can even make a special request if a week isn’t available in a destination you want to visit. To make a special request, simply sign in and access your Member Dashboard. Click the “Make a Special Request” option, and a pop up will appear requesting the information we need to start creating your perfect vacation. You can also contact a Vacation Specialist at (866) 325-6295 (Monday-Saturday, 8am-5pm PT), who can assist you with this process.
Last but not least, GPX gives you access to our constantly updated list of discounted exchange weeks – Insider Exchange! Here you can find special deals where the exchange fee is deeply discounted to only $89!
Convert Your Week To Savings Credits:
Ready for even more options! With Savings Credits and GPX Perks, you can save and spend on all things travel! Savings Credits are like dollars, and can be used to book and purchase tons of great vacation benefits like hotel nights, cruises, rental cars, gift cards, and more!
Think of GPX Perks like a one-stop shop for all things travel. Here you can spend your Savings Credits on already discounted stays, trips, and benefits, which are exclusive to our members.
The best part? You can convert your use week into Savings Credits, worth 2x the value of your maintenance fee! Simply login to the Member Dashboard and deposit your week. After your deposit is confirmed with your account, you may convert it into Savings Credits and start spending!

Donate Your Week To A Cancer Survivor:
It feels good to give back! GPX has partnered with Send Me On Vacation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit that provides financially disadvantaged breast cancer survivors with a vacation week! Through our partnership program, Revive and Thrive, you can donate your deposited week for a deserving cancer survivor to enjoy.
This incredible program offers these brave individuals the much needed opportunity to rest and rejuvenate with their loved ones. In addition to every donated week, Grand Pacific Resorts will also assist with the additional costs like transportation, meals, and anything else the survivor may need in order to enjoy a completely carefree vacation.
